“TEC provides excellent enrichment opportunities -- martial arts, sewing, bridge building, music; and complements my weaknesses in teaching -- science, art, math tutoring; all the while encouraging me to be an active part of my children's education.

We come to school together rather than scattering in four different directions. We have lunch together and talk about what's happening in their classes. I am welcome in any classroom at any time. I work together with the teachers to establish learning goals for my children, and I have open access to the administration to express concerns or offer suggestions. I see TEC as the best of homeschooling and the best of the public school system combined."

“Some of the reasons I enjoy being a part of TEC: 1. Accountability for me, as well as guidance.
2. Social interaction for my children with other children their own age.
3. My children are taking Spanish, Sign Language and Gymnastics among other things. I can't teach those subjects at home because I don't have the knowledge or skill in those areas.
4. I can only come for one full day leaving the rest of the week to learn at home.

" Four months into my first year of homeschooling two boys, 13 and 10, the program we were using was serving us well. Unfortunately, most of their time was spent in front of the computer getting their work done. At a dentist's appointment, someone shared about her experience with TEC at Bryant. I live an hour away, so I hesitantly went to the school to check out the program. After meeting with the leadership and looking over the course offerings, I knew this is what we needed to compliment our homeschooling experience.
